We become your eyes and ears on the ground, and together, our search encompasses most of the property that is considered “off-market” as well as property that is soon to be openly listed, giving us exclusive access to opportunities that would otherwise not be available to the normal buyer.

viewings

Once we find a property we think is suitable, we conduct an independent viewing to assess the viability of the opportunity. If the property meets your criteria, we will arrange a follow up viewing together, providing you with sufficient detail and insight to ensure your time is maximised.

Negotiations

When negotiating the price, we will use open market data, personal insight and your personal financial position to give you guidance as to what we believe a competitive offer is.

We undertake an extensive due diligence process to ensure that all aspects of the property which affect its investment potential are considered. We will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of your property purchase, giving you peace of mind in your investment decision.

acquisition management

We manage the entire purchase process by commissioning surveys, engaging mortgage brokers & solicitors and reviewing the subsequent legal information. Our service removes the stress and administrative issues surrounding the often drawn-out purchase process.

refurbishment

If you are interested in undertaking some form of refurbishment, we are able to provide introductions to professionals that we have built trusted relationships with. We are also able to project manage the refurbishment to ensure a high standard of work is done.

post completion service

Before you move in, we conduct all the necessary paperwork on your behalf to get the property up and running. This includes things like utilities and council tax, ensuring the house meets health and safety regulations amongst other requirements.
